As part of our commitment to our customers, Auto Asia provides simple but effective export procedures, which we explain in detail below:

Step 1: Make An Enquiry
Please view our selection and click the “Add to Quote” button for more information about our available vehicles. We will receive your request and respond to you by email with full details, including pricing. You can contact your car export representative by email, phone, or WhatsApp. We will be happy to help you with any questions about the model of the car.

Step 2: Confirm Your Selected Vehicle
Once you have selected the vehicle, and if the CIF pricing is agreeable, accept the offer and request a Proforma Invoice (P/I).
A proforma invoice is an official document that invites you to proceed with an order. Once the proforma invoice is issued, we will hold the vehicle until the stated due date.

Step 3: Receive Invoice
Kindly revert to the receipt of the invoice as soon as you receive it. Review your information and let us know if any changes are needed. The invoice will include all vehicle specifications, a breakdown of the total cost, and our company information. On the invoice, you will find our bank details for your payment. The account information is included on the invoice, enabling you to proceed with the payment.

Step 4: Upload Payment Receipt
Kindly provide us with a payment confirmation copy after the funds’ transfer. Upon receipt, we will confirm the sale with a reply. We will immediately start cleaning and disinfecting the car to save as much time as possible.

Step 5: Receive Shipping Schedule
Once the payments you make are credited to us on our end, we will email an official commercial invoice to you as proof that the transaction is successful. We will proceed with shipping and email you the booking confirmation with the vessel information on the ETA and EDD to make an easy arrangement. We will only proceed with inspections if your country demands any.

Step 6: Receive Original Documents
A few days after the shipment departs, the shipping company will send us the original lading bill. We will email you scans of all the documents for your information first; the express courier will then dispatch the original documents. Our staff will instantly email you the tracking number for your package for easy tracking.

Step 7: Cargo Arrives
If you have chosen land transport services or our clearing agents, our designated agents will contact you to notify you of the vehicle’s delivery and arrival. For your convenience, the clearing agents will also include their information on the shipping documents, but if you have them, please have them begin the clearance procedure.
